How To Stop Worrying (in about 5 minutes)

When worrying takes over your life and prevents you from doing STUFF, it’s time to pull a switcheroo and fix it.

 

A few things you can do today:

  • Stop Thinking
  • Stop looking too far into the future.
  • Do the best with what you have right now. Don’t worry about tomorrow, do your best for only today!
  • Stop dreaming too much. Put the dreams aside and enjoy the things around you right now (eg. flowers).

 

If the problem is GINORMOUS!

Ask yourself,

“What is the absolute worst thing that could happen to me?”.

Then,

Accept it.

Finally,

Take baby steps to improve it.

(eg. runaway to Mexico).
