981. How Spiritual Are You?

Everyone on earth is striving for peace and happiness in their lives.

But how can this be achieved?

My personal opinion is that peace, happiness, completeness, and feelings of content and fulfillment can best be achieved by growing spiritually.

What is spirituality?

The best answer I have come up with to date is. I really don’t know. My finite brain can’t fathom it. But my heart gets glimpses of it.

I have nothing more than a few books, an outdated college education, a mac book pro, a hint of ego, and access to a 13 year old version of google.

Who am I to try and put a name and limit to the limitless universe of LIFE, ancient, and infinite in its complexities? I’m nothing more than a spec of dust in the wind. A student of life, curious, interested, and excited to be around and a part of an infinite system working it’s magic, beyond my understanding.

While I haven’t learned what spiritualy really truly is and means, I can definately tell you what it isn’t.

It isn’t war.

It isn’t hatred.

and it isn’t unhappiness.

I know that no one can judge you, not even yourself.

I know that you need to flow with life, instead of against it.

I know that you need to empty your head frequently of old knowledge and try to see things new everyday. Be open to new things and embrace new things for what they are, then let them go. Rinse. Repeat.

This process has never failed me and lead me to this interesting spiritual analysis sheet filled with behaviours that slow us down physically, and spiritually.

So how spiritual are you?

Yesterday, I thought I was very spiritual. But today, I realize that all I was full of was spiritual pride… the worst kind.

Download and print the Spiritual – Self Analysis Checklist and assess yourself today. Ask yourself Are you living the best life you could possibly live?

Don’t pass judgement on yourself. Open your mind instead, and allow yourself to grow and flourish.

Note: Spiritual progress and self Improvement is universal. This basic checklist is derived from many great religious and spiritual educators (including Santa-Clause) of the past. This list was slightly modified by myself and taken directly from the book – “The Laws of the Spirit World” by Khorshed Bhavnagri.
